K. Grace Bell is a seasoned healthcare executive with deep expertise in operations, finance, and strategic growth roles across her 15 year career. Grace has built teams, systems and products in venture-back tech companies, payers, non-profit organizations and government all focused on delivering the best care for patients regardless of their background.
Most recently, as the Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare in Action, she led California's largest street medicine organization. Overseeing nearly 5x growth and the organization’s financial transformation, Grace's team provided primary care, care management and housing support to thousands of unhoused patients across California. Her GM and product leadership roles at Included Health and CareMore Health (Anthem/Elevance) strengthened her track record in P&L ownership, integrated care design, and value-based care. Grace also rounds out her background with prior experience at Huron Consulting Group, the NYC Department of Health, and Rittenhouse Ventures.
Grace is a Philadelphia native based in Los Angeles, CA. She holds an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Health Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
In her spare time, Grace spends time with her husband and daughter exploring their home in Southern California, trying new recipes, and attempting challenging hikes.
